Looks like an old Transformers cartoon.
The only ones I care about are the CGI series made 10 or so years ago by that company in Canada that made ReBoot--they used the animal forms in that series. The last one they made was interesting but kind of depressing so it's no wonder it didn't do well.

It's an old cartoon that was popular in the 'States around the 80's (off the top of my head)... basic good guys vs/ bad guys but they were robots that transformed to/from cars. I didn't find a really good link on my one google search, or I would have included it. Trust me, you aren't missing anything (although the guys in the group are likely to disagree with me).
