I might have noticed that when I watched the movie, but I definitely noticed him in Heroes. He played the invisible guy who trained Peter Pettrelli. (*sigh, Peter Pettrelli.)

Yes, it was Christopher Eccleston. It was so funny because I was watching the movie with my husband and he kept on asking me if i recognized. When his character died, I realized who it was and starting yelling at the screen "You killed the Doctor!!" It was very traumatic for me. LOL. He is also the bad guy in The Seeker: The Dark is Rising, if you haven't noticed yet biggrin
