Starbucks can get overrated sometimes. Some of us prefer the smaller or alternative coffee shops, tea shops, or bakeries. Is there one you like?

I discovered this tiny little bakery in the U-District called Saiko Bakery. They look like a hole in the wall but they sell tasty cakes! If you are into Japanese pasteries, they have melonpan and anpan. I tried their puffed pastry filled with any pudding of your choice (matcha, vanilla, etc.) and they were really good! They also serve different types of espresso and espresso teas. I had their milktea which was pretty good.

Now that I know about the place, I'm going there more often. 3nodding

Speaking of cinnamon rolls, First Street Haven in Port Angeles has AMAZING cinnamon rolls! biggrin

I like the all favored Starbucks~
But the rocket Cafe is my all time favorite of .. forever!
I love how it's kinda hidden near the flower gardens .. it's so ownderful smelling around there <3
They weren't greedy with their coffe either NICE BIG CUPS!!!
I loved their ST. Pat's Devil cake and a double shot of mocca with chunks of ice and more mocca then milk <3 ( my language xD They knew what it meant, I was a usual u.u;; thank god first time having them perfect it was a pain xD )
