It can be someone you know, or someone you've randomly seen in a comic or anime. Mine are personally Ritsuka from Loveless, Cyan from Free Collars Kingdom, and Neko of death and darkness, my friends. ^.^

Ritsuka, Seimei, Natsuo, and Youji are my favorites in Loveless... which is the only anime I could immediately name that has catboys. sweatdrop
I'm also a fan of Fleance from the webcomic, Pandect, but I'm not sure if he's quite what you call a catboy...

I don't know many catboys either, but i would also have to go with Ritsuka of Loveless. He's got black hair, and he always looks depressed. Makes me wanna give him a hug. x3
