[ Lady Kiya ] Theodore nodded. "Oh. I see." Suddenly not wanting to help her anymore. Well, if she doesn't mind being short, then he shouldn't mind that much either. He straightened up again and wagged his tail. "What's with that funny mask thing?"
It was annoying him slightly. Why did she have it? He eyed it carefully.

neokitsune "Mask? Oh you mean my noh mask? It's just an expression that I use whenever I'm not quite sure what to say. It's a copy off of the real thing that I saw years ago, I don't want to come off as rude." Alula responded, quite embarrased that he'd seen the change in her expression into that famous expression that she always put up. Both of her paws went to her face to hide it and she laughed nervously.
The last person to notice it was Hideki, so it was an obvious sore spot with her.:

[ Lady Kiya ] "I see." He said smiling at her. "Sorry for all the questions, it's just that you... aren't like anyone I've ever seen." He said. Tilting his head. His tail was still wagging. It was like he was talking to a grandparent, but in a child forum. It was awesome. Well, kind of strange.
He wanted to ask her more questions, but didn't know what to ask. He thought for a minute sticking his tongue out the side of his mouth and making a rather funny face. Nope, nothing came to him. He looked back at her and smiled.

neokitsune "It's perfectly fine, many numa ask me questions when they discover just how old I am and when they see my stripes." Alula responded.
She watched him closely as his expression changed back and forth, keeping a slight eye on him and raising an eyebrow at him. Never having seen an expression like that before in her life, Alula was naturally curious as to what it meant. Though the smile was a little better.

[ Lady Kiya ] "Oh.. I wasn't asking because how old you are." Which was true, he would have asked them even if she was a pup. Though, he wouldn't have gotten as good of answers as she was giving him now. "
He was completely out of questions except for asking her if she wanted to do something. Though, she seemed like one that wouldn't have much fun doing the things he enjoyed. But who knew, she was alot older then he thought, she could yet surprise him again.
"Shall we do something? Sitting here is making my bottom hurt." he said with another smile.

neokitsune "Oh? Well at least that makes me feel a little bit better, because it's strange to be asked that." Alula chuckled softly and nodded.
Blinking when he asked her if she wanted to do something, Alula didn't quite know WHAT to do. She'd never actually done something with the intention of actually doing it before, so it was much different than what she was used to.
"Well what would we do then?" She asked, smiling softly at him. ninja

[ Lady Kiya ] Theodore smiled. He didn't know what to do. Flying was out of the quesiton. He had no wings, and it seemed that she didn't really either. Though, perhaps those things sticking off his and her back where wings? He shruged. "Do you like to swim... Or know how to swim?" He asked with a playful look on his face. The river wasnt' too far from where they were, and it was fun.

neokitsune "The river? I've been swimming before, but I'm not nearly as good as some of the males that I've seen before." Alula said with a smile. She had wings that often got slicked down from the water if it was on them. Often they didn't dry out for a day or so either, yet she had no problem swimming all the same. "Well if you would like to go for a swim that would work quite well for me.":

He looked at her. "Are you sure, I mean, we can always do something you want to do?" He said more like a question then anything. He didn't want to do something she didn't want to do. And seeing how she said she wasn't that good, he didn't want to force her unless she really wanted to.
"Unless, you do enjoy swimming. You wouldn't drowned because I'll be there." he said with a confident smile. He wouldn't let anyone drowned. Not even if he was showing his darker mood and it was a numa he hated. Death was something he just couldn't handle.
