Probably b/w 250-500 mil.

I'm sure there isn't many Brown Bandanas that are scrolled well like that. I think people already pay about 30 mil for a clean +7 acc one alone. But you could always buy a Zakum hat if you're unsure about paying that much for the Brown Bandana (Since it adds at least +15 dex, +20 acc and more).

Well it works if your funded, and arent high-enough leveled for a Zak-helm.
