Well, tonight I went back to school for International Night. Most of the proceeds are going to help the children of Uganda/Sadan, due to the tragic event that have taken place there for quite awhile. Anyways, I donated and watched the performances, too bad the food ran out by the time I got there sad Anyways, near the end, I pretty much just sucked like 7+ balloons....yeah, my head hurt a bit, but it's now ok.
Anyways, the main point of this thread was to talk about the other tragic incident....right outside the school. The was a car accident right near/partly in a 4 way intersection. Six cars were involved, all were pretty damaged. The worst, was one that was flipped over (on it's back side....or top). It looked as if you got a dirty/dark colored can...can crushed it to oblivion.
Quite tragic, since I'm pretty positive that a woman was killed in the incident, I heard her head was spit open. It makes me wonder....how can something like this...well, happen? I mean, sure, car accidents happen a lot...but what I mean is how could this happened in the area where it happened?
I mean....it's an intersection...near a school. You're not supposed to be driving really fast...forget about driving fast enough to flip a car...but going anywhere near 20mph is really fast for that area (I believe). Anyways...it all like shocks me...I mean, that person could have been someones mother, or something. In all....this event now makes me think about life more...and I guess, I'm not really safe around school sweatdrop (not that I've ever felt safe at/around school).

Wow, that's horrible. But it shows that we never really think that things like that can happen to us or near us. It's really shocking when it does.
