It'sa good idea but I'm not so sure about the style. It's a bit too clip art for me and I wouldn't wear it.

I have to agree that it is a little bit Starbucks for my taste (nothing against Starbucks).
Try putting more of the jaunt in your illustrations into illustrations like this one, I think it could turn out well.

It's got a good start but I think it needs some tinkering. What about adding cat ears?

The Iconoclast

I agree with this except that I have plenty against Starbucks.
It's very 1990 and it honestly looks exactly like a design I'd expect to see on a homeless person's t-shirt. I do think that if you added something really obviously ugly to it then you could go over the top of unstylish straight into the ironic category.
Throw some out of place checkerboard pattern in there somewhere and you may find your shirt appealing to hipsters and the like.

i get what you guys mean, i had so many decent ideas, but illustrator is somewhat too tricky for me... that picture took me ages, even though in the end it should've taken ten minutes, if not less
aghhh, i'm so pissed off with myself >_<
meh, i've only had it 12 hours, lets see what else i can do

Don't get discouraged on your first try. You've got to be comfortable with your program before you can really produce.
