So me and some mates have been trying to set up a game between us using the HalfLife Dedicated Server program. I am not that use to setting up servers online, as we usualy play at an internet cafe. I hit run, and using the IP it gives me I connect from my server screen, yet the others can not connect. help, anyone?

you gotta pay monthly to make ur servers online, the custom made games in the 'new server' section wont make it online playable, only lan
