Character Looks: Aurek doesn't spend much time with her appearance - her hair is almost always messy, with black strands going every which way. Her eyes are entirely black, without any whites or pupils. The eyes change color every so often, usually based on her mood and electrical conductivity. Her face is careworn and scarred slightly. Her skin is relatively pale. Her arms, legs, and torso have small burn marks on them, due to her trouble controlling her electrical powers when upset. Her fingers are blackened from the residue from electrical shocks, and her nails are almost permanently black. The nails on her hands and feet don't grow, but instead remain burned and black. Aurek usually smells like smoke.

Personality: Aurek is not incredibly social, but is friendly and can be extremely loyal if she feels a close connection to someone. She has issues with language and occasionally stops saying real words and just shrieks her feelings on a subject. She has a particular fondness for women, but will talk to anyone. She likes rabbits, the ocean, computers, and the color blue. She doesn't like grass, horses, or screaming.
History: Aurek was raised by her mother, who claimed that Aurek's father ravaged her in a dream. Even though she has angelic heritage, Aurek has no wings. She lived with her mother, her grandmother, and her twin brothers, and had a happy childhood overall, although she was not allowed to speak until she was eight years old due to religious beliefs. At the age of eighteen, her grandmother died, and following tradition, the family split up and went to other places. Aurek moved to the ocean, where she had loved visiting as a child. However, her electrical powers kept her from entering the water, and she became dejected. Aurek eventually decided that she needed to learn to control her skills before she could return to the ocean, so she began to move across the country in search of a teacher. Mirandel University is the third place she's sought.
Any weapons/armor you have: No weapons or armor, although Aurek has a pair of rubber gloves she uses to keep herself from accidentally "firing" at someone.

Any battle skills/magical powers you have: Aurek can control electric currents to move objects that have a lot of electricity in them. She can also shoot sparks from her fingers, though with varying degrees of strength. Though not at all useful in combat, Aurek is incredibly good with her hands and can fix most mechanical objects.
Character Flaws: Aurek has trouble speaking clearly, which sometimes dissolves into a shrieking fit. Her electrical powers can also be a hazard - she's accidentally shocked herself and others many times, occasionally to the point of burns (though she's never sent anyone to the hospital). She can also be either overly clingy or overly aloof in social situations.
