{ M E N U }  Pistachio Raspberry Mousse2 cups fresh raspberries or frozen 2 cups fresh pistachios powder 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin 1 tablespoon lemon juice 4 cups whipped cream 1/4 cup sugar In a saucepan combine 1 1/2 cups raspberries, pistachios and sugar. Heat and stir over medium heat until turn to liquid. Stir in gelatin. Remove from heat and scrape into a large bowl. Let cool for 5 minutes. Remove chilled whipped cream from refrigerator. Mix 1 cup of whipped cream into raspberry mixture until well combined. Fold in remaining whipped cream. Pour into wine glasses and chill. *Decorate as desiredPrep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 1 hour 25 minutes Yield: 4 servings

a p p e a r a n c e: ... chocolate brown hair usually unkempt since he likes to wear hats most of the time. He has chocolate brown eyes but due to his constant smiling face his eyes are not very visible. He usually has colorful bandaids on his cheek and forehead, arms and knees depsite no injuries. He wears raspberry shaped earings that dangle from his ears, and chocolate colored wristbands. Usually a sleeveless tee shirt with varying colors from hot-pink, green or brown. He likes loose fitted pants and generally likes to have extra cloths wrapped around his waist. He is only known for wearing sandles no matter the weather condition.
**If this concept is picked I leave the imagination to the artist as the eLouai doll was only used as a minor reference for facial expression and accessories.
p e r s o n a l i t y: ... Wanko is often seen with a calm and content expression on his face, with his eyes smiling just as much as he. He's easy to get along with and likes to have general fun; though he does not like pranks. It may seem he doesn't have a serious bone in his body but that's quite the contrary as one cannot tell between a good or bad day with him. This is mostly due to the bitter saltiness of his pistachio nut undertone being covered in all that raspberry and mousse. Wanko is known for his energetic nature though it is almost certain he can be found in random places sleeping. Much like a puppy Wanko is loyal to his friends and loved ones and will do all in his power to keep them safe. Watch out he's something of a ditz and rather clumsy to boot. One thing to note is his cuteness factor being his "third persons pov" of speech; always referring to himself as "Wan-wan or "Wan-chin".

At a first glance, gentlemanly, kind and corjole; once he opens his mouth hidden barbs wrapped in pretty words. He has a long winded speech pattern which is often riddled and confusing although elegant. He is a man that gets straight to the point having no room for tact -- time is of the essence -- where he is concerned. He has a verbally abusive nature, rather loud and boisterous but oddly soft and sensual when it comes to those he cares for. A businessman in his own right, he carries himself with the utmost respect and tends to treat others in the same way unless other reasons arise. He can be aggressive, having a whirlwind of emotional outbursts that are either awkward or embarassing for him to comprehend [these are actually moments one may find cute]. His over protective nature is mirrored only by his undying love for friend and home; once he has become attached there is no escape. He has an unheard ability to "see" straight into a person's soul often stating the obvious truths with intentions of aiding said person's in over coming their ailments. Sadly he has a continued sense of self loathing which is attributed to his competative nature to be the best and do better then others.

Alright back in business.. crits welcome but not necessary this is only a WIP concept for if/when I should acquire a chance at a sweet thing. I hope to have some general ideas for the artist to use at her discretion.
