for the past few months i have been having strange dreams. This might be hard to explain but i'll try my best. I keep having dreams that are so very similar to my experiences when i'm awake. For example: say i went into a shop and didnt buy anything. Then i go home, go to sleep and i'd dream of going into the shop but actually buying something. This is a real problem seeing as i have trouble telling what i actually did and what i dreamt. It confuses me so much and i have no idea why this is happening. Can anyone help?

ok im not 100 percent sure so don't quote me....
im assuming its ur self concious just saying wat u wanted to do or something you should have done that you are dreaming about...
it isn't a specific problem that i am aware of but if it becomes extreme (fighting or w/e) then it could be....
if u wanna PM me about some of ur dreams i am good at interpurting them so....

Sadly chief, I'm not so sure it's magickal. It could be, but I don't see any real cause for it. That said, I sympathise with you - I've a lot of made up memories, including one where my best friend and I talked at length about the movie Jacob's Ladder, only a few weeks afterwards he told me he'd never heard of it. :/
Not much you can do except try to control your dreams through dreamwork somehow; If you were aware you were dreaming, maybe that would help. Or maybe it would worsen things.... I dunno, your case is quite the predicament. XD

Yeah, I've had quite a few of those dreams lately, too. And actually, I dreamt that a friend of mine told me she was pregnant, and I had to ask her about it the next time I saw her, because I couldn't remember if it was real or not. It happened in my dream exactly as it would probably happen in real life.
But this isn't the first time I've had one of these "phases". I've had many "phases" of dreams, and this one's just coming back around. I had a phase were I died every night in some various gruesome way, but I'm still alive, am I not? Chances are, it's nothing. Just a "phase", if you will.

Keep in mind that there's a possibility that it could be something psychological. I remember hearing about a disorder that describes some of the problems you seem to be having. If it gets more serious, I'd talk to your doctor about it.
