My friend would like to get an item call dancer necktie but I dont know were to find it. Is it in shop? I didnt find any in marketplace. How much does it cost?

I think I recall that, and I think it's a male only item.
In the past I think that meant you couldn't see it if your avatar couldn't wear it... so if that's still the case you have to have a male avi to see it.
