It's fanservice. The only reason it's so odd is because Peach-pits other series, Rozen Maiden, has almost zip in the way of it. *shrugs* I like it though.

True...but you have to admit that it dose contribute to the comedic part of the series( and take off the tension of the, this is an obvious statement but I'llsay it anyways, the overly sexually charged parts of this series!
