How much is "enough gil to get some decent gear for a lvl 75-char"?
And when do I get dual-wield? D;

How much gil you need for gearing a level 75 character depends on the job. Also, you gain the first Dual Wield trait as a level 10 NIN. That means level 20 when NIN is subbed.

Prices are pretty diverse. Before you ask for a price, you should find out what job you want to take to 75.

Whm I spent like 600k on. rdm..like 2-3 million. Nin...the amount I spent on nin to get it to 37 was like...400k. Yes, I admit, I make gil easily since I do a lot of quests and craft 90% of my servers cor cards. 10k per stack, spend like, 200 making one.

Mr_RPG I thought I was rich when I got 70k from a guy D; "rich" is all a matter of personal situation. if you have more money than you need, you are rich. if you have less money than you need you are poor, regardless of the actual amount you have razz if you're lvling pre-30 then 70k is certainly a sizeable amount smile

I have 400k on me right now. I feel poor since I ussually have 2million or so. And I'm really trying to get blm to 73 asap so I can make gil by selling some +1 gear I'm using for it for the normal endgame gear.

May Domainee plzdontbuygilkthxbye sweatdrop I hate it when people buy gil. Really ******** up the ecomony. Hell, I made all my gil. except 50k which I borrowed off a freind once and repaid a week later. (I was broke and erase was 300k at the time and I felt really gimp without it) Oh well, gil comes in many forms, just don't make it by spending real money. That is pure idioticy.

Yeah, first job is always the hardest. First 75 job for me rarly had over 100k at a time, and now I go into a panic "omg! I'm poor! :synth:" mode when I get to that much. As you go up in lvl, the gil comfort lvl goes up. lvl 1-30 is 50k, then 50-60 100k, 60-70 is generally 100-500k, and lvl 70-75: 2million Most people get like that. I'm starting to panic about my blm right about now because I want dual snow rings and I'll actually...NEED to make gil. Not fun. And all the endgame I do makes it pretty hard for me.
