But aren't they just frogs? they dont nessasarilly need to have clothes on, its just a show/manga! But if they were pekopons the they would need to wair clothes.

Basically, I never saw them as naked. I mean they're just themselves, right? The way I see it is that they don't perceive themselves as being naked unless an article of clothing is removed from them(i.e. their hats).To prove my point, remember when Kururu stole Giroro's belt and Giroro freaked out when Tamama and Keroro said it was gone? Part of it was that he secretly keeps a photo of Natsumi in the belt buckle, but the other part of it is that he never takes off his belt. EVER. For any reason. Not even when he sleeps. Plus there's also the fact that Tamama and Keroro laughed to death because they think that without his belt, Giroro is naked. I rest my case.
