You can do it!
I started off earlier this year at 217lbs (although my heighest was 235)
and am currently down to 175.
With a little effort you can DO IT!

Stick to it, you can really do it. I'm a bad person, I had success when i first started, then I got lazy and didn't post, so keep postin' and keep up with it and you'll reach your goal!

Good Luck! Just hought I'd post, because we have eerily simelar stats...
5'9" , 195 lb when I started, nearly 15, dark brown eyes... I don't know...I thought that was really weird.
