I know, I know. Probably one of the most overly talk about games. But, I need some help in it. There's this one hunt on the game, the Lindwyrm, and for some reason, even if I do follow the directions for hunting it (when, where, condition of weather, and all that stuffs) it never seems to show itself. Any ideas?

I looked it up in a guide for you, turns out its a translation error.

Tchita Uplands/Garden of Life's Circle
Someone made an error translating it as it is certainly not found in the
highlands part of the map and if you look at it a different way it is also the
lowest part. Anyway Tchita Uplands must be cloudy(no rain) for Lyndwyrm to be
there. You have to exit out of Tchita completly to change the weather either
by exiting in and out from Phon Coast/Cerobi Steppes.
Reloading the game does not seem to change the weather
Please note that cloudy means cloudy and not partly cloudy
