Chaos, Metal Sonic, Mephiles, and the Biolizard are 4 villains I cant decide on, they are all original and quite perfect with their personality.

I choose chaos, because he prooves that you don't need an evil person to have a villain. He's the protector of chaos (the little cute things so as to avoid confusion) and the emeralds; he isn't technically evil.
Next best would be solaris, iblis, mephiles, whatever... just cuz he prooved by killing sonic that sonic is invincible, lol. (somehow sonic always comes back from death... I blame it on "RINGS: 100")
between a god, a science project, a robot, an alien, a demon/spirit/god/whatever, and a genie, i think i made a good choice.
