Ya know I've been thinking, since Adam and Eve,although the first sinners and thus doomed humanity..not to be negative, mated..wouldn't that make us ALL brothers and sisters by blood?
ya. maybe not brothers and sisters (except in Christ of course) but if you think about it, everyone is related by some way or another.

We're brother and sister by promise.
Brother and sister is the wrong term. Your DNA does not have exactly half of my mother's DNA in it nor half of my father's. I would not call you my blood brother or sister. I would call you my brother/sister by promise, however. And my very distant relative.
