Amara had heard the speech over and over again but somehow it never helped. She she looked at him as if to say; ' Then why must I be punished to no end if I am not at fault? ' For as long as she was alive, she was influenced by the knowledge that the world was inhabited by some of the worst folk who tortured people, abused them for sick kicks and put them to work to either improve the impossible or just leave them their in abandonment. She would have blamed those that hurt her in the past but it was her mental behavior that said she wasn't entitled to an opinion. Even with that in mind she felt oddly safe, even though she was sitting next to a being who could bring unwanted judgment on the world or herself.

She may not have been at fault for her looks and her family rejecting her for her indifference and a birth defect. But she was at fault for the person that she became and how her other turned out... Though she was a neutral in emotion and life, she couldn't help but think sometimes, that there might have been something else that corrupted her so long ago.

"The life you've had is unfortunate, and you are not faulted for it." Dyil crossed his paws over one another contemplatively. "However, you are overshadowed by another..." He turned his head slightly toward her, letting an eye fall on her. "...as quite a few lycans are. Most learn to control their other selves, but sometimes...others are not so fortunate." Dyil spoke, a wise feeling to his tone as he referred to what he thought she truly felt at fault for: losing control of her other side.

Amara was feeling somewhat calmer now, though she had never signified anything about having a second personality or even slightly hinting the fact that there was anything wrong with her in that context in the first place. She was in a mental state of awe. The power of a god rivaled none, their minds are omnipotent and this was no surprise to Amara. But being in the presence of one and having them talk to you was a completely different experience, it was something to truly admire. She sighed to herself while looking at the sky picturing what it might be like through the eyes of another. This time she stopped thinking about it and just let the wonder flow through her. It was quite interesting. There was more to the atmospheric scenery than just a sea of stars. There was the mystery of what was above and beyond.
It was as though a new strength flowed through her veins and she found the will to do something she hadn't done in years.

"It's kind of nice to have someone who understands for a change..."

Dyil nodded sagaciously, returning his eyes to the stars. "That's the true desire of all individuals. To be understood." One could stare at the stars in the skies of Lirye for all eternity and never get tired of their celestial gleam. From the surface, the stars looked completely serene and innocent, but no one knew what secrets they really held, be it unrivaled splendor or untold danger. "It's pleasing to know that you have found your voice again."

"... Pray, my dishonor to thee is forgiven; but I disagree. The true desire of all individuals is to live a happy life. Being understood is but a start in the wish."

Amara looked at the ground and then at the sky and then at then at Dyil. She was had a relatively different belief, it had come from observing humans for most of her life. But she wanted to hear the truth. Through the eyes of a god. Perhaps there was truth after all...

Dyil grinned at her answer. "When you speak, your wisdom rivals that of the gods." He sat up on his haunches again, spreading his wings out behind him to stretch them. It wasn't often that he encountered a human being—well, not a human being in this case—that he could have a worldly conversation with. It was a treat, to say the least. "If it's not digging up unpleasant memories, may I inquire as to what caused your lack of speech?"

Amara looked up at him and smiled sweetly, it was nice to get a compliment, and it was an even greater honor to get one from a god.

" But surely your view it much greater. Your powers far surpass my own, you can make people feel as you desire, therefore you already know what they and all they are for. We are less fortunate and must decide what is right and wrong through our experiences and the influence of others. "

She stopped when he gave mention of her lack of speech. She shivered for a moment and fiddled with the seams of her elongated sleeves.

" She might hear me if I told you ..... "
