this year i wanted to make my jiraiya scroll with a speaker hooked into it, but i want to hear if anyone else has idea's how to do it

Well, if you make the inside hollow I would imagine it would work, depending on the speaker size and what the heck you're using it for. o.O

If you want to use different phrases at will, then you could do something like that. However, if you are alright with just a few key phrases, a place like Build-A-Bear has little speaker contraptions that allow you to record your own messages and when you squeeze the item, it will play.
One of those might help. As well, I'm in an electronics class, and there are places where you can order kits to make such things. It's really simple actually if you have a solder-station (or mini solder-pen) and a couple dollars.
I'm trying to install a type of speaker into a pumpkin for a cosplay I'm doing. I hope it works out for you ^^
