Wishing on a dream that seems far off
Hoping it will come today
Into the starlit night
Foolish dreamers turn their gaze

[Yes, I did base the RP off of a song from a Game... (A game that I havn't played... xD) But oh well? I felt that it fit quite well, because of how my Safir'ena is feeling deep in her heart at the moment, and because of the two lions involved... Their apperences.. 3nodding ]

A cold breeze pushed it's way around the hills outside of the Jungle, just near the stream not too far away. The moon glowed full in the sky, and the stars reflected themselves down apon the glistening water not far off.
Apon one of the few, small hills, rested a fairly small, Rogue lioness, her coat showing the colors of what Wind might be, if it were visible,... a calm breeze, perhaps. That's what Safir'ena really was,.. A calm breeze, going where she was led, fallowing the Wind, and the Clouds above, if there was not a strong enough breeze to be felt through her fur.
Pale pink eyes gazed up at the moon, as she smiled dimly,... just as she always did. Always smiling,.. Always speaking positivly, no matter what, even if she did have a pain within her. It wasn't a physical pain of course, no... and not a pain that would easily kill her... No, but, a pain to the heart. She felt, like something was missing... Family,.. That was it. Family, love, someone, anyone, to care for her, worry about her. She had grown with no parents, or anything, All she had, was her adoptive sister, Ave, and she was barely around to talk to. So Safir just wandered, looking for someone, anyone, to care for her, yet... She hadn't yet found anyone.
At night she dreamed of finding the one for her, finding a true, real, love... A male quiet like her, yet, just as caring... Atleast someone, that could care for her. *'Am I to be satisfied... Without knowing?' she thought with a slight sigh, yet her smile still remained.
[*Indeed, a quote from the song.. but I thought it fit...]

The lion was an almost ethereal sight, his pale fur glowing under the moon's light. Even his steps were unreal, moving smoothly as though floating on the air itself. He gave his thick mane a shake and glanced around, curious as to what the night would hold for him.
It was a strange thing, Mtani's world. He lived to help, to love, to care for others. And, he did just that, but he did not have a family of his own, aside from a maned wolf that was a sort of adopted daughter to him. He lived in a confined area, as though a member of a pride, staying within the territory, and yet he was a rogue. Everyone had their quirks, he supposed, and agoraphobia was his.
Now, he was uneasy, being outside of his 'safe zone'. Mtani had come across a lost cub and escorted him back to his home, the jungle. Now he was itching to get back home, but at the sight of another being in the distance, he decided to wait for a few moments.
"Hello?"

It was the soft tone of another's voice that brought Safir'ena back to reality. Her mind faded away from her thoughts, back to the quiet of the night, and the male standing just behind her, though still alittle ways away.
A smile formed fully on her maw, her bangs covering one eye, as they always did. "Hello." she returned the greating calmly, raising slowly to her paws, turning to face him, before sitting back on her haunches, her pale eyes gleaming lightly as she watched the male.

Mtani waited for a moment, not wishing to impose on the female's privacy if that was what she was seeking. She continued to watch him, though, and he took this as a sign that she didn't want him to leave. "It's a beautiful night," he said in his deep voice, smiling. "A nice change from the heat of the day."
His paws itched to go home, but it would be rude to leave now. "My name is Mtani," he finished, dipping his head.

Safir'ena nodded her head in agreement. "Yes it is,..." she paused for a moment, flicking her tail about calmly. "And I am Safir'ena, you may shorten it to Safir, if you wish." she was very calm at the moment, her joints relaxed. She wasn't able to feel any threat from the male, and therefore, was not afraid.
