For a while now I've not been as into Lolita as I have been, winter months maybe. Anyways, I went to get dressed the other day and grabbed some stockings a skirt and a nice shirt and voila! I was sooo into it! I loooved the feeling of just...I dunno, being different in a more elegant way.
So now I've had a falling in and I'm looking to buy some aprons for my skirts. My Lolita is pretty punk but I'm trying to soften it's edge a bit.
Anyone else have one of these occurences?

I totally know what you mean. you won't think about it for a while and then suddenly it's like "i feel pretty, oh so pretty, i feel pretty and witty and lolita!" sweatdrop but seriously it's nice to feel so elegant. Know i just have to go look for my silver teaset....

I know that feeling! I hadn't dressed lolita for a while and then night before last I stayed up sewing lace onto a pair of my white socks and then the next day ran around the forensics ((speech)) meet I was competeing in dressed lolita! I loved it so much, even when the black girl started making fun of me ((I don't say black to be derogatory, I don't mean it that way at all!))
The only bad part was when a guy friend of mine started making fun of me. Because he's a close friend of mine and gets made fun of a lot. He knows what it's like to get made fun of and hates it yet he mercilessly made fun of and bugged me until I got changed into jeans and a t-shirt x.x

I've been REEEEALLY into Visual Kei/Punk styles a lot lately, but today for instance, instead of spiking my hair up I curled it in ringlets and put on a lovely black jumperskirt and cute white blouse today ^____^
It was like, from out of NOWHERE I wanted to be loli again. And it feels SO. GOOD. XD

WEST SIDE STORY!!! heart heart thats our school musical this year heart it opens next week heart heart heart ANY WAY!!! yea ive had that happen to me and almost went cybergoth eek then i finished a lolita skirt and wore it and im like oooo I feel so pretty!!! not gonna let that happen to me ever again!

SPEECH AND DEBATE! heart we can be NFL buddies! wink in my sad high school existence, speechies and debaters were my homies. 3nodding and i'm totally feeling you on the peer pressure thing. some of my best friends aren't too keen on dressing up. they alienate me when i have wierd clothes on. :C even lolita, sometimes.
