Anyone who have ever read anything of Shirley Jackson the only book I have read of her is: We have always lived in the castle. I liked it but it kind of scared me. Do you think I should read anything else of her in that case what? Anyway if you like slow scary books with a lot off mysteries but you have to have patience because at first you don't understand anything.

I have read The Haunting of Hill House, which I am going to assume is her most famous work. I like how she speaks of Hill House as being "not sane" and the opening paragraph is also the closing. I actually like both film adaptations of this novel, an occurance that doesn't happen often.
