Ahem I know this isn't what you mean. But when you snipe, you usually have a gun with one heck of a kick, a scope. Then your find a target and "snipe" him. sweatdrop
If I had to guess, its when you search for a deal on certain item. But thats my guess and it's most likely wrong.

I'd like to know that too - my guess is you try to target people to sell them an overpriced item sweatdrop But that's just a guess...

My last post for a while...
Sniping is a either: Bidding on an item in the last seconds [usually 10] giving you the lowest price, and not enough time to get outbid, or using a tool such as fastprice to auto-redirect to a low price and getting it first. [or you can sort through the laggy images, and cluttered fields of the regular search engine.]

Do as has been told earlier in the topic.
But it does come down to luck as well.
