Pokemon Characteristics it should still have: He'd have the six spikes on his head, along with a Horsea tail. <3 He has the fins on his back as well.
Eye color: Horsea Red
Skin Tone: White that's tinged blue, with his fins tinged red. He has horozontal bars across his chest and torso that are also tinged red.
Hairstyle & Color: Cropped white hair that's alternativly tinged red and blue.
Starting Clothing: Oversize blue sweater
Outline Personality: Shy and somewhat sleepy
Pose: Semi-curled up, his arms in a V-shape with his hands under his face.
