A Private roleplay with myself ('cause I can domokun ...I think. XD), featuring teen Kimi and adult Sekkai. KimiKimi is a loud, woman-of-the-world kind of girl. She enjoys nothing more than getting her way and having the spotlight. She loves attention and gossip and being right in the thick of things. She was raised in the seat of luxury, though of course she takes her up-bringing for granted and doesn't care to realize just how lucky she is.
...How she managed to get so very lost is a mystery to us all. XD SekkaiSekkai was seperated from the rest of his kind in an accident when he was a teen. Having miraculously survived, he wanders a wasteland alone, greiving the loss of the life he knew as a child. He has a vaguely bitter outlook on life, and isn't too fond of people. He prefers to do things his way, and on his own. He's very self-efficient and doesn't like the concept of teamwork, but beneath his powerful front of independence is a hint of loneliness and the greif of losing his family, a wound that perhaps will never heal.
Despite their many differences, it's be up to Sekkai to help Kimi find her way home, or else sentence her to death in a wilderness that is not kind.

Okay. This was not cool. Totally not cool. Where on earth was she? How had she managed to get so lost?! She'd been minding her own business, exploring the forest, and now she was totally lost. She hadn't even wandered that far! Now it was night, she was cold, she'd fallen and scratched herself up, her fur was all dirty, and she was cold and tired.
And more than a little afraid. She'd gotten lost before, sure. But never...this lost.
Kimi didn't know if she could keep walking like this. She was about to pass out. How far was she from home? This was getting annoying. And...scary.
There! There was light through the trees! The temple? It must be!
Gathering up what was left of her witheirng strength, she ran in the direction of the light, eyes shining with hope and excitement. Just wait 'til she told her friends about this adventure! They'd be laughing for sure. Yes, that's all this had been. A little scare, could for laughing at later and a bit of adrenaline for now. Everything was going to be all right!
All of her breath left her when she burst through the trees. It wasn't the familiar sight of the temple that she gazed upon now, but a desert. That was the only way to explain it. Beyond the trees, sand stretched in every direction. The wall of a cliff rose off to her left, far, far above her. A long, long stretch of nothingness. Where was she? She felt dizzy. All of her hope was draining out of her in a puff of helplessness.
"Who's there?!" The voice was harsh, unfamiliar. Angry.
"Unh..." Kimi mumbled, too overwhelmed to reply understandably. And then everything went black.

Oh, great. This was perfect. The little runt had passed out. This wasn't going to help anything. With a scowl the Seijin Shikoku stepped from the shadows where he'd been standing when the berzerk child had run past, stopped dead in its tracks, and then passed out. He was sure the world was trying to make his life difficult. He didn't have time to worry about some stupid lost little boy.
Girl. A girl. That wasn't any better. Girls were clingy, and flirty. He couldn't deal with that right now. Still, he couldn't just leave her there.
Yes, he could. He didn't owe anyone anything.
Sekkai sniffed, turning away, but his concience suddenly got the best of him. Alright, alright! He'd help the stupid little kid. Groaning at his own weakness, he bent his head down and nuzzled it under her belly, lifting her onto his back.
Why did things like this always happen to him?
