Does anyone know of a fighting game scene in washington state? for example, games like guilty gear, melty blood, tekken 5 etc

All I can think of is Gran Turismo's Seattle Circuit and Microsoft Flight Simulator... though those are not fighting games... sorry I am no help >.<

If you count Rampage as a sorta kinda fighting game, I believe one of them takes place in Seattle.

Tacoma has DDR tournaments, but no fighting games. sad

hm.. ddr tournaments sounds fun too xP but no fighting game scene = disappointing = (

Where you looking for a finisher where one guy does an uppercut, causing his opponent to fly into the air and land on the Space Needle thereby being impaled?!

Well i believe one of the national Marvel vs Capcom II champs came from Seattle. I think they played in the tournaments held in the now closed Silver Quarter @ Southcenter Mall.

The closest thing to a fighting game scene you'll find is Super Smash Brothers. There are tournaments every so often, and I know Sakura Con has one every year.
