Not bad for a computer drawing. How long have you been at this? ^^ Next time you draw might I suggest expression? Poor girl looks like a mindless drone! Also, eyebrows are a nice touch usualy, unless your character doesn't have any. ^^;

Cute, done on paint? She needs a little shape, but its hard on paint.

i think you need some practice with the mouse, instead of using the shape tools, use your mouse(or tablet) and erase the excess amount later--i know its really hard, but it makes it look good.
i think you can use more shadows, but its cute!
