Personality – Quark is a wildly unpredictable little brat. He has all the over-confidence, worship-me attitudes of a natural cat combined with the wild smile and strange abilities of his breed. He is mischievous and intelligent, picking up on what annoys people almost instantly and then exploiting said knowledge to no end. Needless to say, Rama has her hands full by the time he’s a child and it only gets worse from there.
Whether he acts on his knowledge is all a matter of his mood, which varies dramatically. He can be lazy and sleepy, wild and feral and perfectly calculating in his revenge all in the same day. What’s worse is that, his moods don’t have any particular triggers. He changes on a whim and there’s no guessing what he’ll be like from day to day.
Despite his wildly confident appearance, he is fairly self-conscious of his own odd appearance throughout most of his childhood. He is keenly aware that he is the only Cheshire and finds himself more bothered by the fact then he really should be. He carefully hides the fact though, with a strong personality. The friends he makes will have to put up with his dominating attitude and constant plotting if they ever hope to be close to him.
PowersTeleport: Quark can teleport fairly short distances. He likes to be able to see where he’s going
Invisible: Quark can become invisible, though not intangible. If he hits someone they know he’s there.
Hypnotism: Quark can subtly manipulate the minds of the people who look him in the eye for too long. He has little control of the ability at first, but gets greater command over it as he gets older.
Future Sight: Quark has the ability to see a very short distance into the future. To do this though, he must enter a hallucinogenic state where he acts out his part in Wonderland while still in our world. He is completely unaware of anything that happens to his physical body and when he leaves his precognitive state he is highly disoriented. The more often he enters this state the more mentally unstable he becomes. As such, it is a power he avoids using.
Felid: Quark has the natural abilities of a cat. He can see extremely well, his sense of hearing and smell are enhanced and he is quite agile.
