Eidolon looked at Leoven and blinked slightly..
"My ears..? My walls dont have ears.. they talk.. and.. they have hands.. and Eyechen.. but.. not ears.." he paused and looked at Jareth..
"Is there anything wrong with my ears..?" he seemed a little worried and crept closer to Jareth again, wanting some comfort from the goblin king.
He didnt know what to make of the Unseelie still, though he was beginning to get used to him..
"I like my ears..."

"Um, they're very pretty ears." said Jareth, a little awkwardly "I'm sure he didn't mean anything by it, did you Leoven?" there was a silent threat in his voice, for some reason he felt very protective over this strange creature.
"Oh no, of course no, they're very nice." said Leoven getting the hint. "But er, if you'll excuse me, I'll have to be getting back to the castle." and with that he began to walk back down the path they had come from.

"Dont trip in the crack donw the next path!" Eidolon yelled out after the retreating Unseelie.. he didnt want the funny man to get hurt.. he was too nice to wish somthing like that on anyone really...
Then he looked up at Jareth with a really happy smile on his lips..
"Thank you Jareth!" He said happily..
"All your little creatures have long ears.. so I have as well.. I thouht you'd prefer it that way.." He smiled happily..

"You make it sound like I have some kind of ear fetish or something." said Jareth with a small laugh. "But you're welcome. I don't really know why you're thanking me though." he smiled back, somehow the Labyrinth's smile was rather infectious and he couldn't help copying it.

Eidolon chuckled again and bounced slightly, his two neat feet placed close together on the ground.
"Well you never know do you?" He said with a smile still lighting up his face..
"You could have one! I'm sure you're very good at keeping secrets.. well.. not with me.. I know nearly everything about you as you always talked about it as you went walking.." he spun once in a circle, the blue grey skirt like half robe he wore twirling around with him.
"I wont tell though, I promise!"

Jareth couldn't help turning red at the last comment. How much did this creature actually know? It was true he talked to the stones a lot when he was younger, and even occationally as he grew older. All his anxieties and worries, his concern for his father, his hearbreak after that quarrel with Caspian and even his silly teenage crushes had all been confessed within the Labyrinth's walls. He suddenly felt very awkward.
"Well, I was a lot younger then." he stammered and scowled a little for letting himself become embarrassed.

"Of course you were!" Eidolon said with a bright smile,
"But you were still the same person, and the point was I still find it unlikely that you actually have an ear fettsih.." he paused.
"Was that really what we were talking about? I feel a little flighty just now.." he giggled quietly and latched his arms around Jareth again in a tight hug.
"I know I know all your secrets, but I still love you anyway Jareth! Becuase I know that no matter what you try to get other people to believe you're really a very nice person!"

"I...I don't know how to reply to that." said Jareth "I know you've known me for a long time, but for me it's as if we've just met. I hope you can understand that." he paused, a half smile on his lips. "But, I would like to get to know you, you must be thousands of years old, I'm sure you have a lot of stories to tell."
