Yea, its kinda old, somehow some people in Mexico got the beta and recorded themselves playing it. That or some people who were Alpha testing took the code, replicated it and put it on their 360s.
There are also videos of the military men in Iraq playing Halo 3 beta. Bungie employees went to Iraq to let them play test it for 3 days and the person recording wasn't supposed to record (thats why you here someone say "Is that thing recording?" )
