the kekkei genkai limit is 2 (unless given special permission to have more)
you may use any clan or make your own up however if any one clan gets too popular the entire clan CAN and probably WILL be killed.

Background: Youngest of eight and third girl born of Mizugami clan main branch. Most powerful of the whole clan, yet ignored the most by being the youngest and a girl. Originally going to be used as a treaty tool to another clan, but treaty broken off when they found out how powerful she was.......and because the entire main branch of that clan was destroyed by her(age 11) soon after her learning what her family wanted of her. Her own clan taking a huge hit by her a year later as punishment for another arrange marriage. Two years younger than Nexus.
