The stores here have started the selling of hot cross buns now... namely, the chocolate chip hot cross bun.
Been buying a lot of 'em 'cause they're nice warmed up and lathered in butter.
But.. as I lick clean the plate of melted chocolate and butter melded together and grin at the blended taste.. I can't help the twinge of wonder if a blob of butter would taste just as nice on a block of chocolate.
Pity I'll never actually be game to try it...
