"It isn't that crowded, but there are days when tons of small animals prance about. I do not like it much then." He chuckled lightly at the fun the small animals and the babies had even though it did get a tad crowded at those times. He would usually leave quite soon, finding somewhere quieter.
He treaded through the grass, looking about, for anything really. Akira turned back to his comrade and then tilted his head to the side. "Now that you mention it, I've never seen you before either. Of course I don't tend to meet many others of our kind." His eyes moved to the sky, thinking.
"I haven't been there very long, at the Temple, maybe a few months. I was already adult when I came there, I mostly stayed in the woods before then." His eyes moved over to Ryo, observing him quietly. "And you friend, how long have you been there? At the Temple?"

"Tons of...little animals?" Ryo paused. That would be a nightmare. Sure, he liked to see animals with their families enjoying themselves but sometimes they would get....annoying. With fur of his color, it was hard not to attract attention so young creatures would often approach him out of curiousity. It was cute when the first baby bunny came to get a close look but an audience was just ridiculous.
With Akira's sudden stop, Ryo tripped over his feet. He was not expecting that. The shikoku caughed in order to hide his embaressment and quickly shook it off as if nothing had happened.
"I don't meet a lot of them either, but I do observe a lot." At this comment he nodded as to support this detail. He paused a moment to listen to Akira's words. "I see. Well, I've been here since I was a little kid, though I don't remember much of my younger days," his right wing twitched before he continued. "I like to go out a lot, though. Stayin' in the temple for all of your free time can get....borin', y'know?"

"They're not so bad and it is only once in awhile. Though I can imagine your slight dreading of them, they can be a tad irritating. With all the sounds from all over, extremely noisy. You can hardly hear your own thoughts in all that noise." He shook his head at the thought of the noise. Akira did not enjoy noise much, especially when he was thinking.
He looked over, did Ryo trip? Nah that could not of happen, even if the orange coloured Shikokuyen looked embarassed at something. Akira shrugged, it was not his business even if it happened near him. "You have been there long." He stated simply before continuing, "But I do full heartily agree with you Ryo. The Temple can get very boring if in there too long. I haven't been there too long and I get bored easily." He nodded.

"Yeah, I don't mind the noise as much as other things. Sometimes hearin' birds sing is kinda nice, ya know?" Ryo nodded to make his statement more convincing. It was true, whenever he took a nap outside, a few feathered friends would always show up to sing him a lullaby. In a funny way it was conforting.
Ryo laughed. So the temple really was that boring, huh? "Well, it can get excitin' at times. There are some fights once in a while, those are always interestin' to watch." The orange shikoku thought about what he had said. Well, that sounded like he was violent. Instead of trying to cover it up, he shrugged.
"So, we goin' to this place or not?"

He nodded, yes birds chirping was a nice sound especially in the morning. He tilted his head in wonder, there were fights at the Temple? Why had he never seen anything like it before? Well he did tend to hide away when he was at the Temple but still he still should of heard about it.
Then again....he didn't talk to anyone much in the Temple, well besides his owner usually. Akira frowned, looking away as he thought on this. He had to open up more to the ones in the Temple, sure he may not like the place but he still should show courtesy to them. "Yes fights can be exciting, awful though if you're the one in it of course."
"Yes we're going, if you want to. It's this way." His head pointed in the direction and he walked forward a few steps before turning to look at his comrade. "If we fly it can go faster. Well?" He asked hesitantly, you could never tell if one could fly or not. Afterall not everyone learned, he also had trouble flying at times.

(( Sorry it took sooooo long. @@;; ))
Ryoichi chuckled a bit and nodded. "Yeah, some fights can be brutal, but I guess that's just in animal nature." For some reason talking about fights didn't really make him feel.....relaxed. His wings were more wound up and his footsteps more cautious. Feeling the tense muscles, Ryo tried to relax but that didn't really seem to help.
"Flyin's always faster. Sure, I don't see why not, it seems like a good time to get some exercise in my wings." Ryo stepped back in order to create more room to spread his wings. They did so under comand and a brilliant orange was spread out fromt the rest of his body. He gave one big push off of the ground and was in the sky flying through the air. In one action, he made a small circle shaped path before coming back to the spot where they had been a moment before.
"So, you comin'?"

"True." He simply said, nodding. Though for him avoiding confrontation was the best thing he could do, fighting did not please him at all. It may be exciting but he would much rather spend a day by himself then experience seeing a clash between Shikokuyen.
"Of course." He spread his wings, elogating them. His feathers ruffled, a few falling from his wings. He backed up slowly, his wings fluttering as he did so. He took off, running before spreading his wings to the fullest and launching off of the ground. He joined Ryo, "follow me" and went off in the north direction.
