Ok so I have been confused so much about my eating habbits. I know I'm not anorexic but I know I'm not normal. I'm 15 I'm 5'1" and I'm 135lbs. I'm not in the least bit happy with my body image. In Demember I became very sick and stayed that way for 2-3 weeks. I didn't eat. I didn't want to eat. And when I did eat it was next to nothing. So right after that I was put on Riddlin. I only stayed on it a month. In the midst of all of this I have just stopped eating. I eat once a day. Twice on a really really non stressfull good day. In my once a day meal I eat very little. I feel very shakey alot and tired. Also I smoke. And when I smoke it makes my hunger disappear. Like it was never there and I'm good for a few more hours. I don't really know what's wrong with me or how to deal with it. I've tried to start eating regularly again but I get full easily and I gain weight back. I feel very very sick when I eat.. I tired of it... but I don't know how to stop.

Anorexia is not the only eating disorder out there. Also, not everyone with anorexia is exactly the same. They're not all 80 pounds and sickly like we see on tv. They started out "normal" and gradually became that. So it certainly is possible that you have an eating disorder. We are not professionals, so we cannot pretend to be able to diagnose you, especially over the internet.

I assume you know that the way that you are living is extremely unhealthy or else you wouldn't have posted. Smoking is unhealthy, only eating once a day is unhealthy, and stopping medications without your doctor's approval can be unhealthy. The way that you are eating right now is probably not only making you unhealthy, but also making it more difficult for you to lose weight. Five or six small meals is recommended for losing weight or maintaining a healthy weight.

95 pounds is kind of small for a girl who has already gone through puberty, so that might not be a wise goal for you to have unless you have an unusually small frame. Some girls your age and height are 95 without trying to be because that it the way they are built, but most girls are not built that way. In fact, dropping below 100 pounds is unhealthy for most women. It is so unhealthy, that many women stop getting their period when they drop below about 100 pounds because their body is in such rough shape that it can't even carry a baby.

The higher end of your ideal weight sounds good though. 110-115 might be a decent goal for you. However, you might want to talk to your doctor, health teacher, or school nurse first. It is so easy to be unhealthy when dieting. Too many teens don't understand dieting, so they end up being unhealthy. I cringe when teens even mention dieting because most of them do it for the wrong reasons and in ways that makes it apparent that they don't know anything about how their body and their metabolism work.

You probably already know this, but your diet right now is not only unhealthy, but it could be dangerous. Your body needs food to turn into energy to keep you going. ESPECIALLY water. The reason you gain back when you start eating normally is because you have slowed your matabolism way down and your stomic isn't used to food intake. To have a good matabolism you need to eat several small meals a day (as LorienLlewellyn stated) When (and if) you start doing this you will probably gain at first because your matabolism is so slow, but then it should even out. As for diet plans, talk to a specialist (once again, as
LorienLlewellyn stated we are not professionals) but my advice would be to eat several small healthy meals a day drinking water and milk. That's what i do anyway.

Hope everything works out

I have the same thing and actually not eating makes you gain and retain weight more.
It's hard, and I know that I myself was referd to a nutrishinist for help even tho I nither over nor under eat.
