About lotto:
arrow 250 tickets will be sold for each lotto.
arrow Tickets will be sold 50g each.
arrow When all 250 tickets are sold, PANIC. ITS. GRACE. will determine the winner by generating a Random Number in a post (with Post Action: Random Number).
arrow Only ten tickets can be bought per person (you can use mules too. Use them while you can.).
arrow Number of ticket bought, persons name will appear in the list below (next post).
arrow You must send ticket number/numbers by mail. Gold by trade. First send ticket number/numbers, when you see them on the list, you can send gold.
arrow If you don't send number/numbers by mail, you will be assigned to random number/numbers.
arrow Noone can say you CAN'T buy a ticket, everyone can.
arrow 2 tickets (2 per friend) will be free if you a invite a friend (I can't give you free tickets if haven't bought minimum 5 tickets before).
arrow Only a new lotto will start when the one in progress finishes.
arrow 10,000 gold will be given to the winner. NOONE can change that (except me and PANIC. ITS. GRACE.. Just if something happens).
arrow Donators will be greatfully thanked.

Send this application* by mail with the answers.
