I need help finding a univerity or college that has a japanese language course.
If you know of any around Ontario or around Ohio, that would be great, but if not, any other places you know of would be helpful...

I would suggest doing a search on a site like collegeboard.com. I know they offer Japanese at my college, but I was rather surprised to find that not a lot of places offer it . . . so I guess I just got lucky in stumbling upon Gustavus. But there are a lot of sites where you can search colleges by major or subject area, so you should be able to find a good match that way.

I know of three or four in case you'd like! biggrin In Ottawa (capital of Canada and my city!) There's Carelton University and Ottawa University. They both offer it and other Japan/Japanese related courses there. i'm still looking around for some more sources, but this is really helping....
eve tho im still in highschool rite now, im looking for these things cause I may not be able to learn from other sources before i get ou of highschool
