I was reading the Millenium World comic number three, where it shows Seto and Atem when they were younger and have a question.
Seto must be older then Atem, by somewhere between two and five years, since he looked about that age when Atem was born.
When they are fighting Bakura, Seto should be about eighteen then. So, that would make Atem sixteen or younger.
When the Pharoah died, he was the same age. Wouldn't that mean that Atem is younger then most of the main characters in the show then? Younger then Yugi, Jonouchi, Honda, Anzu, etc. ?
I mean, excluding the 3000 (or 5000) year thing.
I'm not sure if this is a plot hole, or a question that can't be answered, but that's all right.
So... Are there any other of these types of things anyone else has found?

This is my take on it...
All the high priests are older then the Pharaoh and I would place him around actually being maybe 10 or 11 years old. With the priests about in their late teens (17 to 1 cool .
The reason why Yugi hasn't physically grown since he was about 10 is because he's had that puzzle and probably another thing that binds him to it is that he can't physically age past what the Pharaoh did so he's trapped at physically a 10 year old's appearance.
When VA was being selected since at the time no one would have known about the Pharaoh's true past (especially since Tak. was forced into changing the series) They assumed that the Pharaoh was also in his late teens and VA'd Yami as sounding like a 18 year old and Yugi as sounding like a 10 year old.
In the US version, because the only real 'boy king' was Tut, they opted to make him sound like a grown man only to find out way too late that he was also a kid.

I don't think that's a plothole, it's just one wouldn't expect that he might have been younger(at death) than most of the rest of the cast. I bet kings have authoritative voices even when they're young xd

I think Yugi and the group are anywhere around 13-15. Something about they start high school at a younger age then we do [if your in the US, I don't know about other countries]. But I guess that does help if he's even younger then that.
FOR LADY LUNAR PHOENIX: Oh, I never thought oh that. So when Atem leaves, um... growth spurt? lol.
Oh god, if Atem is like 10, and Yugi is bound to that age; does that mean he never hit puberty?! O_o ewwwww.... lol

I don't know about other characters, but Seto Kaiba is definately eighteen or older by the end of the series. It is said that he was adopted at age 12 (in the English version) and during the Noah Ark he said it was six years ago. So he's eighteen.

I believe they're all sixteen or so ish at the beginning, including Season Zero, in the very first episodes.
If you give me like two minutes to find the Volume one, I can tell you what age the series starts out at.
EDIT: Or what age Yugi starts at anyway. But the others are all only like a year to a year and a half or so difference. And I'm pretty sure Kaiba's the same age, since I've been told that in Japan kids of the same age are in the same class. -Not completely sure on that last one though.-
And the Noa Arc is a filler arc. In the original manga, it doesn't exist. So, I don't know how much of Kaiba's background or anything can be confirmed using that arc.

They're in the 11th grade from what I read, but the Japanese age and grade system is a bit different from the US system I think. But I believe they're all about 17. Remember Honda can drive a motorcycle. The series lasts about what can be considered roughly a year so they would be around 18 by the end of it. Since the Series counting Zero would be, Zero, Duelist Kingdom, Dungeon Dice Monsters, Battle City, Battle City Finals, Memory Arc, Cerimonial duel.
Zero: Maybe 3 months tops.
Duelist Kingdom: two weeks?
DDM: A day
Battle City and Finals: Three days (Week at most)
Memory Arc: Two days
Cerimonal Duel: One day.
But yeah I think Yugi's been stuck looking like a Ten year old all his life until after Yami leaves. Then he probably had the growth spurt to his true height. (But I think he would have already hit puberty considering the fact he likes Anzu and got turned on the first time he met Mai before she spoke. It's just the fact that being with him at that time would look like child molesting so he never makes any type of move on anyone.)
In AE, Atemu is probably about 10, to Mahaado, Set, Isis, Kalim, Shada's, and Bakura's 17 to 18 years.
But considering how everyone looks like their past life save skin color depending on where they are born. And considering the fact that biologicaly Atemu and Set are half brothers it wouldn't (Thus I write to that theme) surprise me if Yugi is actually as tall as Set/Kaiba.

I'm refering to the manga in most of this. Guess work in the rest.
When the series starts, they are all in 10th Grade. Sophomore year would be like 15-16. Not sure about the Japanese school system so I'll just use the US version of school. So they are all around 15, give or take a year. Kaiba is about the same age as them.
I think Yuugi and his family are just naturally short. I don't think it has anything to do with Atemu or anything. He was short even before he solved the Sennen Puzzle, that's one reason people picked on him. He acted like a child too but that's beside the point.
As for Atemu, I think he's about 17-18 years old. Besides his voice, he is pretty mature and doesn't really act like a child. Plus he doesn't give off that 10-year-old look either. The Priests are older than him yes. I'll say that Mahado and Seto are probably closer to Atemu's age than the others. Seto is more than likely two years older than Atemu, judging the fact that he was walking when Atemu was still a baby. Mahado is maybe a year older than Atemu and Mana is the same age, maybe a year younger than Atemu. So...
Atemu - 17-18
Mahado - 18-19
Isis - 19-20
Kalim - 19-20
Akhenaden - maybe 40 to 50 something?
Seto - 18-20
Shada - 19-21
Bakura - 18-22
I say Bakura is that because of the fact that he must have been three or four when Kul Elna was massacured. He looked the same age maybe older than Seto.
Yuugi and his friends are younger than Atemu, probably by a year. But Yuugi matures further while being with Atemu because of the four years they spend together. I heard that is was four years between some parts. Duelist Kingdom and Battle City happen back to back I think but they must of had a break somewhere in there, right?
