i'd like to get a table and sell stuff at the con but looking at the seller's permit form confuses me! has anyone filled it out before and has also sold stuff through out the year (ie: selling prints other than at a con)?

-Regular or Temporary
i've done commissions throughout the year but i don't do them often so i don't know which permit type is suitable for me

-Drivers license
i don't have one so i guess i leave that blank? or do i put my california ID# on it?

-Home Address & home phone
my permanent home address or at the place i'm currently living at? as for my home phone, since i'm currently not living at my perm. home addy, should i put my perm. home phone# or at the place i'm currently living at?

-Personal reference
specifically what kind of personal reference? friends or family?

-Type of business
since i'll be selling artwork (prints and originals) plus doll parts, would it be a Service, Retail, or Wholesale?

-Business Address & mailing address and phone#
again, perm. house address or where i'm currently living

-Business fax#, website, e-mail
don't have a fax# and website (i do have a devart page selling prints). do i just put down the e-mail address i regularly use?

-internet sales
such as commissions right?

-Business landlord, landlord address, landlord tele#
don't know how to answer this

-projected monthly gross sales, projected monthly taxable sales
don't know how to answer this either

-naming person maintaining records/address/tele#
do i just put myself down?

-name of bank/bank branch locator
does paypal count? o_o i don't know if i have a bank account but i do have savings at a bank.

-Additional selling locations
it asks for physical location or street address so internet not included right?

-ownership and organizational changes
don't know how to answer those

-temporary permit event information
what's admission charged? that means i payed for the weekend for fanime right?

-organizer/promoter of event and address of event.
who do i put down for this, their address and phone#? already know the address of event

I don't know everything (because I want to know about this too) but I can help a little....

Unless you do it regularly, it should be temporary

Yes your ID should have the same # and the one get for your drivers license so it works fine.

The home you put should be the one you have been living at for the past 6 months to a year or more. But I'm not totally sure. phone should be the one they can contact you on.

Most likely a friend or family member that is older than you. It's a bit like a job application.

Retail. You are not selling a service or to companies to sell.

Where you would recieve all information you'll need for it.

It's not a personal website so I wouldn't include it... email should be the one you use regularly.

Such as if you have a formal web site that you sell from.

You aren't a business owner so this wouldn't be included, but try to get a hold of artist alley people to ask if you need to include the convention center.

It won't be a massive amount of sales... and since it's a one weekend thing you probably won't know how much.

thanks for the help! smile also do i also have to add my BF (ie: employee? o_O)? he has nothing to sell but he'll just be there to watch over my stuff while i'm away from the table.
