Okay, so whenever I play DDR and I move my foot to the left arrow, it mostly says Boo when I know it shouldn't. Is it broken, or do I need to press harder?
And I know I'm hitting the right spot and the timing is right, because if it's the left step x-many times in a row, it'll say Boo maybe once or twice and if I hit in the same spot again it'll say Marvelous, but I don't speed up or press harder.

Pad's probably busted. If you have a non-flat pad, just open it up and see if anything's borked.

Pad probably doesn't work maybe you slammed it to hard and messed up the censor. Just go out and get a new one they range from 15 bucks to 100 bucks
