I know she's in a movie called 'Knocked Up' that'll be out in June (it was at some film festival in December), so maybe she's branching out into new areas?

I was surprised to see that she was in a movie, actually. I thought I read somewhere that Shonda had forbidden the cast from taking outside roles for a while or something. *shrugs*
I don't think so. Patrick Dempsey was just in 'Freedom Writers', and he's in another movie coming out later this year 'Enchanted', and apparently there's another one soon called 'Made of Honor'.
(It was so cute, I read in TV Guide magazine back in like, October, that since Enchanted is a movie about a normal guy who is courting a princess, there's a scene where he has to dance with the princess at a ball, and since his daughter's at the age where it's all about princesses, he let her hide up in the balcony on set and watch the whole thing. It made me happy 4laugh )
