Guh.
This is going to be an epic undertaking to organise this list.
Anyone care to volunteer to help me? What I'm thinking of doing is working out a list of topics we want helplines for, youth, gender, domestic problems, rape, maybe a few other things.

If we try to do everything we'll end up with the same problem we have here. INFORMATION OVERLOAD!
