Unless you all really want the town, unto which I am saving all the threads just in case you like it better then my new half baked plan, then it will be changing into a war role play. We need some action here, and the town just wasn't moving.
After it sitting for a month, I figured a war may be better suited to the guild than my town.
Please, either vote or tell me what your opinions are.

Well elemental wars are pretty common and easy to do.

I know, which is why I didn't want to make one, but this is actually of a story I wrote in high school, originally called The Crest of Kendor.
I was thinking of adding in crests as either the source of magic, or artifacts that can increase a magic user's abilities.
Opinions?

A twist from the normal elemental control. Well, I think that settled it, I'll add in the crests, that way normal foot soldiers can still get some kind of advantage by 'disarming' a mage (taking away their crest).

Well, my little war is opening! whee
Take a look in there and see what you think!
It took a lot of hard work and time to get it all there!
I finally have a good solid role play, with plenty of background detail!
The war will be call Crest of Kendor, for that was what my original story was called.

Hm... Also you can make it so that higher mages can change the look of the crest to allow (or whatever) higher magic uses?

The shape of the crests can be changed by higher level users. All crests (except for the control crests) are all of the same level, though users of the crests levels differ. It really depends upon what race you are, and how long you have been using a crest.
Only NPCs or very good role players will ever get the four control crests. Yes people, there are only four of them.
