okay so i got the cobalt 350 12string by carvin and i took it in for the check up and to ge tthe strings changed...i tell them exactly how i tune it and they do it wrong, and they yell at me cause i told them that. they said it'd cost $10 to just tune it. why can't that just do it righti mean it's a $800 guitar!

why not just tune it yourself...better yet just learn how to set it up yourself, saves lots of money in the long run xd

just do it your self man , its just better that way . Find someone to show you how if you dont know how . Or just teach your self .

Instead of paying 10$ to get it tuned you can spend 30 or 40 and get yourself a good tuner. Then just google the proper tuning for a 12 string and you'll be fine. Since it's a more expensive 12 string it will hold it's tuning for a while, unlike some cheap 12s I've seen.
