At least in Akagi.

This is, I hope, satisfactory enough to be the AG Mahjong thread. I haven't decided exactly how to lay it out yet, but I figure we shouldn't need more than four or five posts, one to introduce and announce what games are going on when, one covering the basic premise (where we play, how to's, etc.), previous matches we've played, and maybe a spot to record some of the classic AG conversation.

tl;dr, I'm gonna save five posts. We can decide what goes in 'em when the thread gets underway.

If you play, post. If you're interested in creating a quick game, come here and organize one. Hopefully we'll begin to manage to have an offical weekly match or two if enough people are interested and can show up.

You, myself, and Stream were either all one tile away from winning or however you want to say it. Either that or we were all equidistant from winning, so the thousand points that each individual would have to pay to the one closest to winning all came out of Zelly's bracket, as he was furthest away. And since he had to pay three people, that's three thousand points.

At least, that's how I've come to terms with it. rofl

I'm curious as to what we will be using? The website you guys showed me, or trying to hax 4Winds?

Also, I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that evenings are usually better for most everybody, so if we're going to do it this week it'll have to be pretty quickly thrown together.

Or we can start next week, whichever works.

So, what nights are good? xd

Cynder also expresses interest in this... mostly because I have an actual mahjong set and would like to teach others to play.
