Hey, that's pretty good! Better than mine, 'cos I can't bring myself to change my hair. But I'm pretty sure he wears sneakers. Kind of Converse All-Star sneakers. Usually white ones, but I swear I've seen him in grey ones. I know, he wears a suit, you'd think he'd have a nice matching pair of dress shoes, but, nope. Sneakers are much more practical, after all.
The white shirt looks nice, though. I couldn't find one that'd hang out below the vest, the way his shirt usually is... and the one you've got looks really crappy on female avatars.

You can, but... there's no chance of you actually winning. I don't say this to be rude, but I've seen several Doctors in the Arena over the past few months, nearly identical to yours, and none of them do very well.

I can't see entering much of any avatar in expecting to win. Just for a bit of fun, see if people say nice stuff, get some good critique-- even though that doesn't work for cosplays. But, then again, I'm sort of a pessimist who thinks the glass is half-full, if that makes any sense.

there's already a guy that made all 10 doctors as avi's with his mules... pretty cool, stumbled upon his profile a while, back looking for likeminded people.

Somebody made a mule & named it Magnus Greel--it's in the Arena this week as a very good 4th Doctor! (Is it anybody here?)
