but i think neither would win cuz they wont fight because they love eachother blaugh

Well I would say that it depends on what point of the story you're at.
From the beginning to the end of Soul Society Ichigo would obviously win as Rukia has no powers at this point.
Then when Rukia actually gets her powers back and can use her shikai, she could probably beat Ichigo until he really gets control over his Vaizard powers... but he can only control that for like 11 seconds anyway so I think Rukia cuz Ichigo would bust out the power and it wouldn't last long enough for him to do much (just like his fight with Grimmjow...)
