Name Meaning/Nicknames: Keila (Key-luh) Kay

Gender: Female

Race: Human.. as far as she know as least.

Character Looks: Keila has shoulder length brown hair with some blonde highlights in it, which have come to her naturally. Her eyes are a bright green and still filled with an innocence, yet great knowledge and understanding. Looking into her eyes when she's speaking about something important can often leave this indescribable emotion to whomever she's speaking to, and she doesn't even know it. She's shot up to a good five feet and five inches, and is delighted that she continues to keep growing; she hopes she might reach five nine, or some other really tall height. (( I'll describe her character wear tomorrow.. after I finish drawing a sketch of the older version of her. >w<;;; )) She wears a pair of silver studs in her ears, and always wears a pink ribbon tied around her neck, unless it is up in her hair as use for a scrunchie; old habits die hard.

Personality: Keila's very kind natured, and shy due to age difference. Everyone here is older than even the high school students, so she's even more tedious (that's the word, right?) than ever. Although being shy and young, she knows many things. Her language skills can fail her sometimes, but she knows how to speak a little to some of multiple languages, and is always open to meeting new people that way. Other than that, she often has her head stuck in books or you can find her alone as she tries to read passerby minds. She never gives up at something when she is set to it and also.. Keila loves food. She's really picky, but she loves the food she does eat. But just because she is an eating machine and somewhat anti-social, she loves to be around people, even if she doesn't know them. Hey, to her, a relationship can start anywhere. She's matured and understands things a lot better, and for some reason has decided that she likes to help people with their life problems.

History: Keila never met many people when she was a "child". Having been abandoned by her parents, probably for her unique skill to read people's minds, she was taken in by an orphanage, and form there on she did as she was told and read in the meantime. Often she found herself in a cramped room where she played video games with a janitor on his laptop, and surfed the web as she became older. Through this she was able to learn many of the things she knows, and also due to the small schooling held at the orphanage. Sometime about a month after she turned seven, Keila decided that she was going to run away from the place and go learn more about the real world instead of staying inside for the rest of her life. With some help from her janitor friend, she escaped the place and came to Ria's gates, finding herself somewhat at peace to be able to roam freely. Not even bothering to get a dorm, she sleeps where she lies and wakes up grateful every morning. As she starts her classes, Keila feels that she has grown up in taking responsibility, and for the most part, fending for her own. She has "ended" her "childhood".
She met Kurai at first, getting sucked into an odd situation at the Hot Springs, but then things died down, and she became his shadow basically. She met Kai shortly after, and Seyla just before. Attending the Slumber party, she became rather shy and kept to herself, not meeting many people. She'll try to meet people, but that doesn't help that the past month or so that she trapped herself within the confines of an empty dorm room and meandered about, acting very much quietly and not speaking with anyone. Nobody really knows where she went.. but she's acting totally different now..

Three years and a whole lot of strange events later, Keila turned twelve and graduated from Ria High School and was accepted at Mirandal University. And so thus begins a new journey in her life, with her slate wiped clean after what happened before she left Ria....

Upon arrival from Ria, she went to the Cafeteria to have a bite to eat. She was rather hungry from the bus ride to Mirandal, but didn't want to seem like a glutton, so she just had ice cream. She sat down with a winged boy named Kuro, and made fast friends. A nekoboy named Tam also joined them. Halfway through their 'meal', an unwanted face appeared across from Keila, and her brand new life seemed to fall apart. A girl named Amber Elise had teleported herself across the table, and for unknown reasons, Keila became hostile, exchanged angry words and then stormed from the cafeteria and disappeared again for awhile, seemingly emotionally scarred from the experience.

Later, she appeared at the top of one of Estoric Slopes', err... slopes, to Dinin and VJ. She was trying to bring herself to snowboard down the hill, and with near total ignorance from VJ, she started down slope with a competitive urge to prove herself to the teen.

Any weapons/armor you have: a bow, and an older katana which she acquired mysteriously.

Any items you have: She has a small slider on a chain around her neck and a bookbag containing the old laptop she used as a little kid.. which doesn't mean whatsoever that she doesn't use it now.

Any battle skills/magical powers you have: Telepathy, archery, and some sword use.

Character Flaws: A flaw in her self-being is most decidedly .... She jumps the gun way too often. Judging people wrongly and making various false accusations alot is something she often does unintentionally, and she's never been able to shake it off, so she'll often say something she doesn't mean. In other words, oftentimes, she speaks before she thinks, and might make herself an enemy or two. Another fault of hers is that she gets angered easily when someone snipes (not literally, you literalists! >< ) at her and easily could lose control. She hates to be bullied, or have people call her a child.
Her last seriously notable flaw is that whenever anyone speaks of her family... she completely loses it. Or stays utterly silent. What the person has said bugs her for days and days on end, until she takes out her anger on something inanimate... or another person. Her family history is painful for her. She misses her surrogate father dearly, and has decided that she's become the proper age to try and find her real parents. Her thoughts and actions become.. very disarrayed whenever anyone speaks of her parents, or possible siblings.
